Meg Tarantino

Director, Administration

Meg Tarantino brings a strong background in health-care administration, project implementation and mental-health advocacy to her role as Ellenhorn’s director of administration. Before joining Ellenhorn, Meg led project-implementation efforts at two Massachusetts-based health-care systems, where she gained hands-on experience in operational strategy, process development, and quality improvement across ambulatory care and pharmacy operations, and was recognized for spearheading multiple large-scale, patient-centered initiatives. Meg earned a master’s degree in health-care administration from Framingham State University in Framingham, Massachusetts, where her independent research focused on the intersection of LGBTQ+ youth and access to mental health care, and a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With a passion for radical hospitality and a deep commitment to mental-health equity, it is Meg’s goal to support Ellenhorn’s mission through inclusive, thoughtful administrative leadership.
