Mike earned bachelor’s degrees in nursing and psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a master’s degree in social work from Boston College. As a nurse and counselor, his background includes experience at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts, where he focused on a variety of clinical concerns including trauma, dissociative disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and addictions. As a social worker, Mike has experience in neuro-oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, in clinical neuromodulation at Boston Neurodynamics in Watertown, Massachusetts, and has also worked as a research collaborator in the Clinical and Affective Neuroscience Laboratory at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. When not at Ellenhorn, Mike remains dedicated to cognitive and neuroscience research.
