Miranda deeply believes in the Ellenhorn philosophy of rebuilding purposeful lives through compassionate care, and approaches each of her clients with authenticity and empathy as they work together to achieve their goals. She also understands how important laughter is in the healing process, and is passionate about making her clients feel valued and understood.
Miranda holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Columbia University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in child psychology from St. John’s University. Before joining the Ellenhorn team in 2019, Miranda worked with home- and community-based human-services provider New Jersey MENTOR to support at-risk youth in group-home settings. She is confident that nurturing strong and meaningful connections with her clients makes it possible to champion them as they build happy and rewarding lives.
