Noelle LeBlanc, M.A., ATR-P

PACT Clinician/Expressive Arts Therapist

Noelle is a mental-health counselor with a passion for both art and psychology. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I., where she studied studio art and psychology, embraced the value of advocacy and worked tirelessly to understand the complexities of human behavior, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass., where she specialized in art therapy. Noelle has outreach-work experience supporting those in an adult-community clinical-services program, teens in a therapeutic high-school program and residents in assisted living. With a strong belief in the transformative power of expressive therapies, Noelle utilizes art as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of her clients. In her work, she prioritizes trauma-informed, client-centered and strengths-based approaches to care. Outside of work, she finds joy and rejuvenation in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and skiing, which, she feels  foster her well-being and creativity.
