Sarah Paiement (she/her), a PACT clinician for Ellenhorn Los Angeles, is an associate marriage-and-family therapist and professional clinical counselor who earned a bachelor’s degree in counseling psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, California. Sarah got her start at Maple Counseling in Los Angeles, where she provided comprehensive care for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss by utilizing depth-oriented and evidence-based practices to promote greater self-awareness and self-growth among her clients. Sarah’s continuing goal is to provide a nurturing space for individual healing through empathetic listening, authenticity and active curiosity. She takes great pride in her ability to build strong relationships based on solid communication, trust, humor, accountability and dependability as she strives to provide a therapeutic atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming and safe.
