Sarah Peace is a compassionate, client-dedicated psychotherapist who earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and a master’s degree from Smith College School of Social Work. Sarah has extensive experience in psychosocial rehabilitation, Narrative Therapy and Open Dialogue. She places a high value on working with families, recognizing that the family has a role in the healing journey. Before coming to Ellenhorn, Sarah worked in a private Program for Assertive Community Treatment team, serving adults experiencing extreme states of mind and dual disorders. She believes in the model of community integration and as a result, has spent the past 15 years dedicated to the PACT model, in which a client’s engagement with a mobile team helps them regain a sense of self. Sarah has volunteered for NAMI for several years, organizing NAMI Walks for previous agencies and exhibiting at the National Convention.
