Stephanie has always had an innate desire to help others and a naturally loving demeanor. In fact, she takes great pride in helping others feel safe, welcome and worthy.
Stephanie truly began to focus her passion for serving and supporting others while a student at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she volunteered at places such as the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center Emergency Room and Healthworks Community Fitness, dedicated to promoting high-quality fitness and wellness education to women in underserved neighborhoods in order to prevent and manage chronic disease, improve health and promote well-being and empowerment.
Stephanie has spent the past decade as a caregiver for vulnerable members of the geriatric population in need of physical and mental care. Part of that care included leading activities that promoted quality of life via a connection to society. Stephanie, who has a son with behavioral disabilities, also believes that her patience and passion for helping others stems from a combination of life experience, work knowledge and instinct, which together makes her thrive as Ellenhorn’s hospitality coordinator.
