Taylor Krueger, LMSW

Taylor Krueger (she/her), a social worker on Ellenhorn’s New York PACT team, earned a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla., and a master’s degree in social work from the Columbia University School of Social Work in New York, N.Y. Prior to joining Ellenhorn, she worked with a variety of community-based nonprofit organizations, for which she provided outpatient psychotherapy and counseling for teen survivors of gender-based violence as well as comprehensive support and advocacy for families entangled in the complexities of the child-welfare system. Taylor utilizes a trauma-informed approach that centers on client narratives in order to prioritize autonomy and empowerment in the therapeutic process, and she is dedicated to providing holistic, person-centered care that addresses the entirety of a person’s well-being. She understands the importance of compassionate care and healing in order to achieve meaningful progress toward wellness, and she is passionate about promoting social change, development and the empowerment of people and communities.
