Theo Young has been a professional chef for more than 20 years and cooked everywhere from private social clubs and homes to hotels and restaurants. Most recently, he served as an executive kitchen manager at bustling Boston Logan International Airport. Theo specializes in Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisines, and has earned ServSafe Food-Protection Manager and Allergens certifications. His love for culinary arts brought him to Ellenhorn, where he shares his knowledge and passion with clients every day by preparing meals for Brackett House clients and staff. He is committed to creating a flexible menu and working with each client to create a healthy meal plan that caters to their dietary needs.
