What is curiosity? What role does it play in mental health and illness? How can curiosity be undermined by trauma and psychopathology? This presentation answers such questions via an exploration of the advances in psychology and neuroscience that help us better understand this vital developmental force and the ways in which we can harness it in ourselves and our clients in order to promote recovery.
